Enquiries, Reservations and Cancellations

At least 48 hours in advance. We recommend that you try and book your apartment within 30days of your check-in date to get the best options.

In general, confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Kindly refer to Terms of Use for Guests.

You may check out earlier but you must notify Provider to ensure the handover process is completed in order to receive your security deposit refund. However note that you will still be liable to pay for the full length of stay. Kindly refer to Terms of Use for Guests.

Amendments are subject to the Provider’s Terms and Conditions as stated in your signed tenancy/occupation agreement.

Relogo will always do our best to help with any amendment requests, so please contact us as soon as you know what you need at hello@relogo.sg for your amendment request.

You will be able to see your historical reservation in your profile page, and you can request for extension or place a new booking via the platform.

Extensions are generally subject to availability. For residential coliving stays (3 months minimum), Relogo will check in with you 40 days before your check out date to see if you would like to extend.

If there has been no extension, your check out date is the last day stated in your tenancy/occupation agreement. Please reach out to your Provider to confirm the checkout timing to handover your keys and agree on a date for handover inspection (in order to acknowledge the amount and process for your security deposit refund).

For stays under one (1) month without a security deposit, please contact your Provider for handover of your keys.

For stays at one (1) month or longer, please reach out to your Provider to arrange a date for handover inspection. The inspection is to ensure the unit/room is in order or to agree on potential defects/issues that may cause a deduction from your security deposit.

The minimum length of stay is dependent on the property type and Provider.

For hotel licensed coliving properties, there are no minimum night stays. For serviced apartment licensed coliving properties, there will be a minimum of  six (6) nights or and for residential licensed coliving properties, there will be a minimum of three (3) months.

In general, yes. But all viewings are subject to availability. To arrange a viewing please chat with a Relogo agent or select Enquire Now/Contact Owner on the property listing page to request for a viewing.

You will be notified via email when your booking request has been accepted by the Provider, otherwise you can login to the platform to check on the status of your booking.

When your booking has been accepted, Relogo will email a booking confirmation and the tenancy/occupation agreement for your acceptance and payment. 

The booking confirmation will state the total payable amount, including the first month’s rent and security deposit. Payment via credit card or bank transfer will be accepted, and must be processed prior to the due date stated on the confirmation letter.

A copy of the Provider’s tenancy/occupation agreement will also be sent in this email. Please review the terms and conditions, and sign on the agreement to accept your booking.

3) A copy of your in-principle approval letter (IPA), work visa or other valid visa. 

Payments and Fees

When your booking has been accepted, Relogo will email a booking confirmation stating the total payable amount, including the first month’s rent and security deposit (if applicable).

Payment via credit card or bank transfer will be accepted, and must be processed prior to the due date stated on the confirmation letter. Please note a 3.4% credit card payment fee will be applicable.

Subsequently, your monthly rental fee will be deducted from your credit card seven (7) days before the start of the next monthly rental cycle. For bank transfers you are required to complete payment seven (7) days before the start of the next monthly cycle.

A reminder will be emailed to you when the payment is due. A 5% late fee will be applicable if payment is received after the first day of the billing cycle. 

Seven (7) days before the start of the next monthly cycle. The rental fee will be deducted from your credit card seven (7) days before the start of the next monthly rental cycle. For bank transfers you are required to complete payment seven (7) days before the start of the next monthly cycle.

A reminder will be emailed to you when the payment is due. A 5% late fee will be applicable if payment is received after the first day of the billing cycle. 

Your security deposit will be refunded to you by the Provider, within 30 days after checkout.

A full refund will be provided unless there defects/issues identified during the handover inspection (prior to your check out).

Some Providers have additional charges such as membership fee or cleaning fee.

The fees will be stated on the “Price Info” section of each property’s listing and reflected on your booking confirmation.

No, rent is not negotiable. All rental prices are clearly stated for each property.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

In addition, coliving providers resonate with its guests as a way of living, where mundane aspects of house-sharing such as utility bill payments, property maintenance and stocking up of basic home essentials are taken care of, so that guests can spend their time more intentionally building up their social and professional lives in the city.

One of the biggest perks is its flexible rental term, where one can live on a rolling monthly contract after a minimum three-month rental.

Founded in 2018, Relogo started off with our one-stop relocation platform (https://relogo.sg/). Our relocation platform aims to empower individuals to make self-managed moves. We believe relocation support should be accessible and affordable to all. Our goal is to to start you off on your new life in Singapore with trusted advice, working with the best vendors.
Our customers continue to return to our platform and are constantly referring other friends and colleagues, who are also moving to Singapore. As demand grew for short-term accommodation and home search, Relogo thus developed our second platform, this coliving platform, to empower our customers to explore and compare coliving accommodation options, and instantly submit a booking request.

You will always have your own room, however if you want to share a room with a partner/friend, please refer to FAQ on maximum number of persons in a room/apartment.
You might have to share a bathroom if you booked a common room.  The specifics will be on the properties profile page.  

Master rooms and common rooms in a flatshare apartment will gain you immediate access to new friends in the form of housemates.

1) Master room or Common room – 2 persons
2) Private Studio and 1 Bedroom apartment  – 2 persons
3) Private 2 Bedroom apartment – 4 persons

Exceptions can be made for families with children, do indicate your request during the booking process.

Some apartments are pet-friendly and this will be indicated under the description of each property.
During the search process, you can also filter your search for pet-friendly apartments.

No, you cannot select your housemates, however Relogo encourages each Provider to provide a description profile of your potential housemates for each property.
