Terms & Conditions for Relogo Agent Referral Program (as of July 2020):
As an Agent Referrer, you are subject to Relogo’s Terms of Use and Relogo’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Relogo’s Referral Program:
• Validity: Agent Referrers must quote promocode <MYAGENT50> upon or before reaching out to Relogo with the Referred Customer information. The code will be valid until November 30, 2020. Agent Referrers can make bookings and use the referral code until November 30, 2020. Referred Customer check-in dates are not restricted by this timeframe.
• Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a Confirmed Booking (“Confirmed Booking”) made with a Relogo Agent or on coliving.relogo.sg by a person (a “Referred Customer”). You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each unique Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email addresses and mobile numbers). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.
• Confirmed Booking: Referred Customer must have made a booking for a minimum one month stay, paid for the booking, and moved into the booked accommodation.
• Reward Payments: Payment will be upon a Confirmed Booking (after Referred Customer has moved into the accommodation). Rewards are payable in increments of S$50, by direct bank transfer. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned through the Relogo Referral Program may not be more than S$500. As an Agent Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. Payment transfer will be made every Wednesday of the week following the move-in date.
• Conduct: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Relogo’s Referral Program.
• Right to Close Accounts: Relogo reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Agent Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Agent Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Relogo Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Governing Law: Relogo Referral Program, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Relogo reserves the right to cancel our Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
• Personal Data Protection: Relogo value your data security. We will not use your personal information or payment details outside of the Relogo Referral Program. Please refer to our privacy policy on our website for more information.
